Wow. I am really behind on posting. Well, we are in California and getting pretty well settled. We moved into our apartment over a week ago, since then I have been unpacking and getting organized.

This last weekend, my parents came to visit! We had a wonderful time, and wished they could have stayed longer. We had fun hanging out, showing them around our town, playing wii, unpacking, talking, watching football, celebrating mom's birthday, and eating!

Reid and I are really happy with the city we've chosen to live in. Walnut Creek is beautiful! There is a great downtown within walking distance, and yet it is a small enough place to still feel homey. It is family oriented and fits our lifestyle well. But it's nice to be able to hop on the BART train and get to San Fran when we want to (especially since we don't have a car). Or head off for the beach.

The weather is fantastic here, our place is great, and we're very happy with this move.
