and the days go by...

My parents were here visiting for a few days. We had a wonderful time! We played miniature golf, went to Ikea, spent a day in Boston, played games, talked a lot, ate good food, went to the zoo, walked in the beautiful parks, strolled the riverwalk, and celebrated father's day early. It was so fantastic to get to spend time with them and talk in person. I miss them already, but am happy to know I'll see them again soon. It was also nice that they were able to spend time with Reid before he left.

Reid is now down in California at Pixar for the summer. He has his own blog where you can learn what he's up to. But as for me, I miss him already. However, I am doing my best to stay busy--which isn't busy with all of the things I have to do.

Which reminds me that I should get back to my long list.
